Total Hell has broke loose

That is just the start of the hell week to month of work that I have had. The second position started out OK, but by now three weeks into it it SUCKS!!! Not only do I have no staff I am working 10-12 hours days for the past week and it looks like it is not getting any better for me. So I have to hire more workers and I have talked to so many people within the last three weeks they already know my situation. And I seem to hire people either they don’t work out or they don’t show up!!! Please have the decnecy to at least tell me that you don’t want to work or tell me why. All I can say is that it may be time for a change for me and see what else is out there. Pray for me that things work out for a reason and that I will get through this.
Hey girlie. Sorry to hear things are getting worse. You know I’ve got my fingers crossed for you that things will get better. I know you’re strong and you can get through this. And if you need an ear, you know where to find me.
